Chuck Mann 

Chuck Mann brings over 25 years of experience in the pet industry. As co-owner of Premier Pet Products—from the mid-1990s through 2010—he helped establish the company as a leader in humane training and behavioral solutions. Chuck is the inventor behind multiple patented innovations that became category-defining, multi-million dollar products, including the Gentle Leader®, Easy Walk® Harness, and the Busy Buddy® line of treat-dispensing chew toys. Many of his designs remain top sellers in their categories to this day.
 

Premier Pet Products was acquired by Radio Systems Corporation (PetSafe®, Invisible Fence® Brands) in 2010–2011. After a non-compete sabbatical, Chuck returned to the industry as a product design consultant for several major pet brands.

 

Over seven years in the making, Chuck is the driving force behind Collar Science’s breakthrough product platform. His vision—to make spray training collars stylish, intuitive, and built for today’s tech-savvy pet parents—is now a reality.

 

Jeff Nicoll

Jeff is a seasoned and decorated engineer, inventor, failure analysis and product development consultant/expert with over 25+ years experience. Jeff additionally owns a thriving high tech injection molding production facility in New Albany, New Hampshire - Ambix LLC.


Jeff has additional expertise in materials testing, plastics engineering, sourcing (domestic & international) Jeff is listed on several patents in the medical device field. He has a deep understanding of portable, electrical interface, fluid delivery systems as well as surgical instrument design.

Jeff brings to Collar Science, his keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to product quality and production consistency in addition to championing product improvements. Jeff brought his transformative engineering mindset to elevate the core insight behind Collar Science’s breakthrough product platform: a patented ‘collar-is-the-tank’ design delivering over 200 sprays per fill (U.S. Patent No. 11,576,349)."
 

Jeff’s partnership role in Collar Science is Chief Technical Officer. He oversees production, sourcing & additional product design that will propel the Collar Science brand.

 

John Lika

John Lika has over 20 years of experience in the pet industry.  Prior to launching Fat Cat Inc., his first pet brand, he was the Director of Marketing Development at the iconic ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s.  In the mid-’90s, he took his passion for brand building into a new direction by Co-Founding Fat Cat Inc. and achieved international sales success.


John then became an advisor at VCET (Vermont Center for Emerging Technology), an incubator institute founded by the University of Vermont. In 2015 John Co-founded Fuzzu LLC, his 2nd pet brand, which was designed to take the entertainment of people & pets to the next level of interaction.


As a partner in Collar Science, John brings his brand-building passion to his 3rd pet venture. Collar Science is designed to become a game-changing platform of gold-standard products built on spray-based behavioral solutions that offer pet parents caring, effective & easy options.
